My work is about bringing clarity to the chaos of health and self-discovery. I don’t believe in quick fixes or cookie-cutter advice. Instead, I weave together everything I’ve learned and lived... Naturopathy, Nutrition, Western Herbal Medicine, Functional Pathology Testing, and lots more, to uncover what your body has been trying to tell you all along.

And because you are more than just a body, I also may use Human Design and the Gene Keys to shine light on the deeper patterns and gifts shaping your life. These systems give you language for your energy, your challenges, and the unique way you’re built to thrive.
